All students interested in softball (ages 8+) please join us for Christmas Youth Softball Camp at Cardinal Mooney High School. Go Cougars! Please join us for Youth Camp. Learn fundamentals, have fun, and meet the team! We will work on fielding, hitting, fundamentals, conditioning, and mindset. Catholic faith, feminine genius softball, and fun games! Speakers, coaching, and fun camp mornings with Coach K, Coach Keith, and the Mooney high school players. Camp includes a t-shirt, food, and a ticket to our first home game! Camp Dates: Monday, Dec. 20, Tues., Dec. 21, Weds., Dec. 23 from 8:30 - 11:00 at Mooney field Stay tuned for summer camp dates (proposed June 13 - 17, 2022)! Also, please be invited to join us for an upcoming free event: Cardinal Fun Softball Showcase: open to all - Saturday, Dec. 18 from 11:00 - 3:00pm Fun for Familes and children of all ages. Join us at 11am as Shine on Circus entertains young visitors and the young at heart! Circus games, prizes, cotton candy, popcorn, and hot dogs, for sale benefiting Mooney Softball. A carousel-themed bounce house from Let's Jump Events (Thank you to Cooper's family! Mooney Class of 2023 is amazing!). Meet the Mooney Softball team, grab an autograph from your favorite player, and cheer on the seniors as we celebrate their senior season which begins January 24! After circus fun and morning snacks, like amazing coffee and bagels with the new pediatric dentist Dr. Kaitlyn from Sarasota Kids Dentistry (Clark and Honore), settle in the stands or bring your favorite lawn chair, becuase you are in for a treat! Special guest speaker Catholic national speaker Kelly Colangelo will be our keynote lectuerer, inspring the fans, teams, and young athletes: "You are Enough: Teamwork Makes the Dreamwork". This is a talk to attend! Kelly wowed the Confirmandi at the Diocescan Youth Rally at the huge conference center with thousands of high schoolers! She will wow our crowd on the 18th! Mooney Softball appreciates your support as we fundraise for the season and for a new pitching machine. Volunteers and high schoolers can also register here to volunteer that day for service hours!
