Need a faucet fixed

Hello, I'm looking to get a faucet fixed in my shower. The knob fell off because the set screw fell out. My husband tried to replace the screw and the little part inside broke. The plumbing store said they don't carry that part, but that is hard to believe. They didn't see it. I'm looking for someone who can fix it for a reasonable price. I also have a garbage disposal that got stuck on unless it is unplugged, that is not as urgent if you know how to fix that, it would be great.
