A bit about us: We are an established online business and are very excited to be expanding to our first store front. It is located in West Petaluma and we will be selling unique vintage and pre-loved items. It’s mainly home furnishing, art and fine jewelry, with an online warehouse in a separate section in the back that specializes in clothing. This is a fun and fast pace position where you will be wearing a few hats! We are looking for 2 or more team members to be the face of our shop and help us grow. Does this sound like you? You are dependable and will be at our store during set hours Have a can do attitude to solve most any issue and the ability to work independently You have a friendly and welcoming personality You enjoy chatting with customers You may love vintage pieces, home decor, fashion, crafting, interior design or the show Fixer Upper Have the ability to move furniture, lift 50 lbs and be active And love to be busy and productive at work and be an important part of the team?! If yes, please read on to the tasks involved in the position: Minor cleaning such as sweeping floors, dusting furniture, wiping shelves and cleaning/repairing salvaged furniture Photographing many items throughout your shift and posting them on several social media sites As the store grows, taking in consignment pieces from customers and pricing them Selling pieces both in store and coordinating sales from places like Marketplace Posting social media updates Managing store inventory and pulling old pieces for donation Calling customers and answering incoming calls And other tasks to support the store We are open to any combination of shifts and can adjust the end/start time of the shifts somewhat. Once we set your shifts we expect you to stay consistent, but you can ask coworkers for coverage. Shifts available: Monday-Fri 1:00-5 pm Saturday & Sunday 11-5 Pay $19 per hour Let us know your availability and what shifts you would be interested in, as well as any relevant experience and why the position interests you.
