WHAT TO EXPECT The experience consists of Gong Sound Healing, Kundalini Yoga breath work, mantra meditation, Reiki and Shadow Work as well the Midnight Hour Intention Circle, Morning Sadhana and a closing cacao ceremony topped with a light breakfast. The Overnight Gong Journey is a sensorial alchemical attunement. It harmonizes our holographic field as well as strengthen our 10 Bodies. This evening we will explore the art of play while we balance the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine energy with in us as well as expand through sensuality allowing ourselves to tap into the abundance of pleasure through the gateway of the heart center. ABOUT THE GONG The Gong has been used since antiquity as a sound healing agent that acts as a portal and opens gateways in the body and connects us to the super conscious mind. When we receive the harmonics of the Gong it re-magnetizes our cells, balances our nervous system, cleanses the subconscious, and ultimately heals the electromagnetic field.
