I just received my CDL. I will be going over the road & moving from Chicago. I will begin driving next week. I am looking for someone to handle my affairs and loose ends that I cannot while I am away. Here are the things that I will need assistance with. These tasks may change or there may be unexpected tasks that may arise. So I am looking for someone that will be reasonable, trustworthy and fair. QUALIFICATIONS -Must be willing to submit to and pass a drug test -MUST have a working and reliable vehicle -**Must** currently have a very flexible schedule and be available when called upon (within reason). MY CAR: I may need it moved if it is in an area that may require doing so. For example if there is street cleaning and it may need moving. Pay Rate: TBD MY CONDO: I own a condo on 81st and King Drive. The main responsibility here will be collecting the rent. There could be situations where maintenance has to be facilitated, but the tenant is an older lady and maintenance is rare. MY HEAT EQUIPMENT RENTAL BUSINESS: any where from 0-4 times a month, I rent out heating equipment that kills bedbugs. So I will need you to; 1. Meet the customer at the condo 2. Show them how to use the equipment. 3.Take a picture of their ID. 4. Meet them 4 days later for the equipment's return. I will pay you a total of $100 for this. $50 for pick up and $50 for the delivery. MY MAIL: I have two PO Boxes. one at the post office at 611 W. 63rd Street and another at 3231 S Halsted. I'm thinking about 2 times a month, I will need you to pick up my mail from these locations and mail it to me. Pay rate $20 NOTARY PUBLIC: I also have mobile notary public business. So, at random, I will need you to be able to visit customers and notarize their documents. The pay will range from $30-$60. The exact price that you will be paid will be based on if you have to travel, the time of day, and the type of documents. If you are not currently a notary, it is ok.
