Surveillance tape obtained by CBS4's Peter D'Oench shows what happens at 6:05 p.m. Tuesday when a white, four-door Infiniti struck Edelmira Barrios as she crossed NW 1 Street. on 26th Avenue. The surveillance tape obtained from two neighbors' cameras shows the car knocking Barrios down and then pausing before leaving the scene.
