Portable Dance Floor Installers Needed

My business is the foremost (and only) specialized portable dance floor rental company in the Puget Sound region. I install dance floors large and small at public and private venues throughout the area, from backyard parties to corporate events for Google and Microsoft. The work involves loading, transporting, unloading, installing, finishing, cleaning, and picking up the dance floors, which come in 3' by 3' panels. I'm looking for additional workers to have on standby for jobs in 2022, starting with Christmas Eve and Christmas day next week. No experience necessary. Training will be provided. Pay will be $22/hr to start, and could increase to $25/hr once trained, and $30/hr if you're able to work independently. The work is physically demanding, so you must be able to: Lift and carefully maneuver dance floor panels weighing up to 50 lbs; Safely push carts weighing up to 750 lbs; Bend and kneel to spot clean floors; Follow directions and safety standards; Use simple tools; Other requirements include: Communicating well, responsively, and professionally by phone, text, and email; Abiding by high standards of integrity and honesty; Being available for work without a regular schedule, sometimes on short notice, and late at night; Being fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
