GREENDALE, WI — The Greendale Village Board of Trustees is slated to consider a re-development agreement for the site of the former Boston Store near Southridge Mall at a meeting Tuesday. The village said in an announcement Friday more details on the agreement would come after an approval. The Milwaukee Business Journal reports the property is in line to be sold to Barrett Lo Visionary Development. A statement from the company's Rick Barrett said a mixed-use development could bring apartments, retail amenities and a new tax base, the Business Journal report said. The re-development prospect for the former site of Boston Store in Greendale comes after months of effort from the Village Board. The Village Board approved the site's purchase in May.
