Press release from the City of Spokane: 2021-12-16 SPD arrests two additional suspects in homicide from late November. On 12-09-21, Spokane Police arrested Manuel M. Silva (29) and Tiffany L. Reynolds (27) for their role in the murder of Aaron Houghton. Henry O. Zeiger (36) had previously been arrested for murder 2nd degree in the case following a standoff with police on 11-30-21 in the 2200 block of E. Hartson Avenue. Houghton was shot and killed on 11-27-21 in the 1700 block of W 10thAve. Current information indicates the shooting occurred after a drug transaction, robbery, and attempt by the robbery victims to confront the suspects. The investigation is on-going. Silva and Reynolds remain in-custody both with charges of murder 2nd degree, robbery 1st degree and assault 1st degree. Zeiger remains in-custody for murder 2nd degree, and an un-related department of corrections hold.
