Fire Captain Gretchen Yingling has been promoted to the rank of Bureau Chief. Fire Lt. Kevin George has been promoted to the rank of Fire Captain. EMT/FF Ezequiel Perez has been promoted to the rank of Fire Specialist. These promotions are effective December 18. Congratulations to all!
