Searching for volunteer to help social skills

I am a middle age guy looking for some help. I am very much a loner and in need if some social lessons. I went to prison when I was 17 when I put myself in a bad position and someone died. I was responsible and have paid my debt to society (whatever that means). I spent 20 years in the system and have been free of supervision for almost 14 years. I am now 50 with a birthday coming up in a couple of weeks. But I don't seem to have the social skills to find friends or a woman to that will take the time to get to know me. So what am I looking for? People to volunteer to spend time with me. Maybe dinner or a walk in the park. Then tell me what I did well and what I can improve upon. I It doesn't really matter with whom. 'Right now most of what I do is just work and go home. Maybe go to Blackhawk and gamble (in excess) because I have no one to go home to. I want to change this. At this point, I have no family to speak oof and no real friends. The holidays are rrough If anyone is feeling charitable, please let me know.
