Special needs cat - please help

Hi I am having to move and I can not take my cat due to his restrictions and special needs. He is very sweet but he becomes angry with loud noises. He is not accepting of loud noises and will instantly change. I am posting this for a pled for my cat to be taken care of and go to a loving home or a rehabilitation center, where I know he is loved and cared for. He needs to be individualized from other cats, kids, and dogs. I feel all animals deserve to live and I hope he is loved within his special needs. I am wanting to prevent him from being surrendered.
