Press release from the City of Oakdale: December 18, 2021 Celebrate Winter Wonderland at the Oakdale Discovery Center (4444 Hadley Avenue N) this Saturday, December 18 from 9 AM to 1 PM. Bundle up for a horse drawn hayride through the Oakdale Nature Preserve, roast marshmallows by the fire, meet and greet the Dogs of Winter, hunt for a candy cane on the candy cane trail, and pet the animals at the petting zoo. Then head inside for a free breakfast or lunch, face painting, craft making, and visit with Santa.  This free event is brought to you by Oakdale Recreation, Oakdale Area Chamber of Commerce, and First Resource Bank.  Please bring a food shelf donation.
