Change to Winter Conferences ISD 199 has changed the first night of evening conferences from Tuesday, February 1, to Wednesday, February 2. While evening conferences were originally scheduled for Tuesday, February 1, they were changed to February 2 because the 2022 Precinct Caucus Night falls on Tuesday, February 1. By law, there can be no activities after 6:00 PM on caucus nights. The second night of evening conferences will remain on Thursday, February 3, and there will still be daytime conferences on Friday, February 4.
