The weekly parent update will be on hiatus during the winter break. Winter break We hope you have a fun and safe break from Monday, Dec. 20 to Monday, Jan. 3. Classes resume on Tuesday, Jan. 4 - we'll see you then! Stay safe during the winter break! We are encouraging all eligible Tulsans to get vaccinated for COVID-19. COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective at preventing COVID-19 and are available free of charge for anyone ages 5 and older. If you are not vaccinated, please wear your mask indoors and when in the presence of others to help reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19. We are continuing to monitor COVID-19 case rates and will share an update on Monday, January 3 about updates to our safety practices for the new year. Vaccination clinic We hope to see you at our upcoming vaccination clinic for children ages 5-11 and for all eligible individuals ages 12 and older on Saturday, Dec. 18 from 9:30am-3pm at the Education Service Center (3027 S. New Haven Ave.). We will be administering the Pfizer vaccine -- click here to register. Booster shots are now recommended for individuals ages 16 and up and will be provided.  Enrollment opens on Wednesday, Jan. 5 Our 2022-2023 enrollment window opens on Wednesday, Jan. 5 and closes on Sunday, Feb. 13. Enrollment is open for pre-kindergarten through 12th grades, and Tulsa children who will be four years old on or before Sept. 1 are eligible for the district's free full-day pre-kindergarten programs.  During our enrollment window, we will be hosting three enrollment expos! You will have the opportunity to visit schools across Tulsa to find the one that meets your child's needs.
