Press release from the Savannah Area Chamber: Dec. 17, 2021 Shannon Lowery, Visit Savannah's content and social media manager, recently completed her Professional in Destination Management certification through Destinations International (DI). The program is part of Destinations International's continuing education offerings and consists of two courses that elaborate on the unique role of destination marketing organizations in their respective communities through the lens of both the marketing and sales departments. Shannon was also one of the Destinations International 30 Under 30 honorees this year and was recently selected to participate in DI's 2022 Global Leadership Committee.
