I am in the process of getting a divorce and am looking for a place to live. I am a self-sufficient 73-year-old woman. No pets, no children, no wild parties, no money issues. I am active, go to the gym, the movies, theater, museums, out to dinner, with many friends in the UWS neighborhood. I rarely cook and I like to keep my living space clean and comfortable. The UWS is preferable, but any Manhattan location would be okay. A furnished place would be ideal, but unfurnished is fine as well. I would prefer a one-bedroom, but a studio would be acceptable.
