Paralyzed from the waist down..liquid metal injected from spinal cord down to my feet.im in need of a vehicle to get to and from special care facilities that spread across the region.im bound to a wheelchair and all my funds are wrapped up in my treatment.can anyone provide a vehicle at no cost to me..please consider the circumstances
