In search of commercial garage/workshop to rent

I’m in search of a contractor bay workshop rental. When I search online, they’re all ridiculously priced. I’m sorry, but $2,000 a month for 1,000sqft is a bit much. I don’t need much room, I run a small welding and fabrication business on the side, but my garage at my house is getting a bit too small for me. If anyone has any leads on a cheap rental, please contact me. I don’t need a brand new construction, doesn’t need to be pretty at all either. I don’t care about signage, nothing. My business comes organically and I just need a place to send customer drop offs, and a bigger place to rent. Please reply by email, thank you.
