looking to form a psychadelic rock band with some jazz influences

Hi I play guitar and Sing a little bit and I want to form a band that is influenced by California psychedelic garage music but with some jazz over tones. I don’t really care what instruments you play as long as you’re able to hold a practice in Escondido once a week. Right now I’m thinking about another guitar player, bass player,drummer and a singer. Also a cello player would be awesome. Some of the bands I listen to are the meat bodies, Wand, thee oh sees, built to spill, skinshape, I’m really open to other peoples styles of music also.
