Need help with Ford Ranger!!!

Hello Im in need of some help. Im an experienced shadetree/amateur mechanic. Ive never once had to bring any of my vehicles to a mechanic cause i generally learn how to fix it myself and save money. However Im hitting my wits end on my current 1994 Ford ranger 2.3l. I believe Im having a fuel issue. No CEL. Truck just stalls out after filling it up with gas, would only stall once and awhile after warm before i filled the tank. Ive checked and replaced a lot on this truck and I don't want to give up on her just yet. Looking for someone experienced with ford Rangers or Ford trucks. You don't have to be an official mechanic or anything just someone who knows their way around a wrench who I could maybe bounce ideas around with. I don't have a lot of money but would be glad to hook up with monetary compensation if you help me find the problem. Beer and lunch is on me.
