Seeking Fiddle for original project

Hello, I'm seeking a fiddle player for an original project. I'm currently working on filling out a band (already have a Pedal Steel player and Harmony singer on board). I have about two sets worth of original songs recorded as demos and writing more. The songs have a sad, country-ish, hippie, folk-rock vibe. Soundcloud link below. Although most of the songs have diatonic chords, they are not traditional roots music chord progressions, and often have minor chords/ keys. The ideal fiddle player will have solid, shit-kickin’ double stop technique and can easily improvise and come up with their own melodies and solo’s for the songs. Having improv skills or psychedelic attributes in playing style a plus. Overall goals are to play local venues, backyard parties etc./ record a CD or two/ have fun. Weekly rehearsals (more or less as needed). Gigging frequency to be determined. First and foremost goal is to get fiddle recorded on the demos in order to aid in filling out the band and booking gigs. I don't expect this project to be a huge money maker, so this is a labor of love mostly.
