PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: • Campervan Cabinet Assembly: Router, sand, assemble, and install custom cabinets into campervans. • Campervan Systems Installation: Assist in the preparation and installation of camper van systems and upgrades such as plumbing, electrical, insulation, car audio systems and more. • Campervan Accessory Installation: Assist in the preparation and installation of camper van accessories such as windows, solar panels, roof vents, appliances, ladders, awnings, roof tracks, etc. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: • Basic knowledge of wood working • Basic knowledge of 12V electrical systems • Basic knowledge of RV/marine plumbing systems • Experience using power tools • Install campervan systems: 12V wiring, batteries, insulation, curtains, tables, stoves, sinks, cabinets, and other campervan components QUALIFICATIONS: • Dynamic, organized, detailed and time management oriented • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to make decisions and work with little supervision • High level of attention to detail • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, understand and adapt to constructive criticisms, and follow instructions • Polished professional presence and demeanor • Team player • Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasks with a positive attitude GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES: VanCraft is always looking for ways to provide upward mobility for growth-minded employees. POSITION: This is a full-time position that pays $17-24 per hour plus bonus eligibility within the first year.
