Hello, I am searching for a small dog (around 13 or so pounds) for my elderly uncle, his long time buddy passed recently. He would like a male or female, doesn't matter, MUST be neutered/spayed, UTD with shots, flea treatment, and de-wormed. One year or older. Also must be cat and child friendly.
