Black lab 2yrs old

Prince is a purebred black lab (2 years old next week). He weighs about 115 pounds. Currently he is in a home with 2 parents and 4 kids ranging from 5-15. He's a lover and enjoys sitting on laps because he thinks he's small!! Lol He has a couple downfalls, first- he's jumpy when people come over until the initial excitement wears down, second- he is reactive to children he doesn't know. If he senses fear he will react. He can nip out of fear but of course with his size it can be a little more impactful. He would do best in a home with adults. He loves other dogs so much and does excellent boarding at clip and dip where he goes. We have 2 cats that he wants to play with but they want no part (no fault of his own!) I truly do not want to re-home him, but I would hate for him to really hurt a child in the neighborhood because of all the stimulation. He's up to date on all vaccines, and he's neutered.
