Seeking 2 Guitarists & Vocalist To Form New Melodic Death Metal Band

BANDMIX: https://www.bandmix.com/connorandalex123/ We are a bassist (Connor Burch) and drummer (Alex Wojtowicz) looking to form a melodic/symphonic/power/death metal band similar in sound to Amon Amarth and Sabaton. We are looking for 2 guitar players and a singer. Ideally, the guitar players would be able to support backing vocals (clean and/or harsh). We are located in Chesapeake and Virginia Beach (we practice at Alex's house in Chesapeake). Connor is 26 and Alex is 25, so ideally we want people around that age (so like 20 - 30 give or take). We want players who are committed and want to write music. We like recording, and our short-term goals are to write some songs, get them recorded, then start playing shows. Alex does all of the recording, but for our demos, it's sort of just whoever writes the song will demo it with their gear. Both of us came from a band called Isle of the Equinox, but half of the band recently left, so we decided to start over with a new direction. Part of the reason half the band left was due to other priorities in their lives, so please before you consider contacting us to join, consider your life situation and just be sure you are ready to commit. We want a tight-knit group who is all on the same page from the beginning. In terms of gear, we have a full PA system to rehearse with and tons of pro audio gear to record with (mixers, audio interfaces, microphones, etc.). Connor has his own basses, pedals, amps, etc., and Alex has his own drums and all that, so we are good to go with our gear. Guitar players would need to supply their own gear and instruments. Singers can just show up lol. Our practice space is Alex's music studio area, and there is plenty of space to move around and work. We like writing songs, so this band would play mostly originals (if not all originals), so before we start playing shows, we need to create music. We want to work with other people who have similar ideas and visions for songs as us. Please check out our demos that both of us have been working on (some have vocals and some don't). This will give you an idea of what sound we are going for. Basically, we want to sound kind of like Amon Amarth (melodic, epic, and heavy with riffage), but also have clean vocals (not sure if we want high-register power metal style, or something more like Sabaton). But basically we like melody, so we would be a heavy guitar-based melodic metal band (I hope that makes sense?). Symphonic elements like choirs and strings would also be incorporated in the music (obviously we wouldn't play live like that, but we can put it on a backing track or something - we can figure it out when that time comes). In terms of what we want to do long-term, both of us have full-time jobs and don't plan on quitting them to play music full-time. This is purely for fun and to show off a little I guess lol. But that doesn't mean that we aren't serious about writing, playing, promoting, and all that which comes with being in a band. We will practice at least once a week (probably just once a week on the weekends). During that time, we will start writing new music and then once we have enough songs demoed, we can start playing live. We already have some connections from our previous band, so we could start playing out right away.
