This is a brand new 40 gallon, screen top, front opening enclosure by ExoTerra. I have only used it for a few months. It is all set up to house a ball python, or other reptile. There is a heating mat on one side with included thermostat. There is also a lamp with basking bulb, 2 hides, 2 climbing features, 2 decorative plants, and water dish. Everything works well and is in like new condition. I'm asking $275.00 obo I'm willing to negotiate so make me an offer. The tank alone was almost $200. No animal included, tank and accessories only.
