Energetic & enthusiastic individuals are needed to join the on-site PR team at MGM Christmas on the Plaza holiday skating rink for the Holiday Weeks Dec 20-31. Flexible hours available Wed-Sun. SUMMARY: We’re hiring on-site representatives for general rink operations, guest services, and skate patrol duties. Responsibilities and Duties: *Manage guest check-in, and skate inventory. *Monitor rink safety. *Daily maintenance operations. *Skate sharpening. *Troubleshoot rink equipment when necessary. Qualifications: *Operational experience, and customer service background. *Ability to work with various levels of management. *Highly organized and detail oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask. *Excellent written and verbal communication.
