The job duties include routine building cleaning, including trash removal; mopping, window cleaning; dusting, dust-mopping, and sweeping; furniture polishing; moving and setting up furniture and equipment; and policing grounds for litter. Must be able to clean 6,500 square feet per hour, which includes walking, standing, reaching, stooping, bending and lifting 40lbs individually. *Job Schedule* is flexible.
