School of Rock Roseville is looking for a talented voice instructor to help us grow our program and inspire the next generation of killer musicians. We provide a fun and inclusive atmosphere to work full-time or part-time where you can watch kids light up when they hear The Rolling Stones or Fleetwood Mac for the first time. Must be ready to have fun with kids of all ages while teaching rock music from a wide variety of genres. Music degrees are not required, but all applicants should have a superior command of music theory, be advanced in technique, and have experience as a performing musician. Must have reliable transportation and be dependable. School of Rock is different from your average music school. Our goal is to inspire our kids to rock, both on stage, and in life. We want teachers who are the very best at what they do, and who love to inspire passion in kids. We look for teachers and staff who would love to be a part of a teaching team that works together to help kids grow. Our staff and teachers truly believe that the best way to learn music is to play music. Here at School of Rock Roseville, we have an amazing pool of diverse students of all ages who visit the school weekly for lessons, classes, and band rehearsals. Our staff reflects this diversity and is made up of a family of dedicated and talented musicians who put a lot of heart into every interaction they have with our students. We also teach Drum, Keyboard, Vocals, and Bass so if you can teach any other instruments please include that information in your cover letter. Multi-instrumentalists are encouraged to apply!
