PAL Staffing Services is looking for 5 Accounts Managers for a Uniform and Linen Facility. We are looking for energetic, well spoken, enthusiastic Talent who wants to make good money! Must be dependable and trainable. SCHEDULE & Salary M-TH, routes start generally at 6AM and go to 2pm-5pm, depending on number of customers each day. Can start earlier or later as customers need. Friday morning is for training in house, usually 8-11 (or less). Trainees start at $650 per week for training (6-8 weeks), and increase to $700 minimum plus commission and bonus. Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: 1) In the process of learning the job of an Account Manager 2) Maintain customer accounts following company values, policies and procedures to eliminate lost business 3) Improve Company’s value to customers by up-solving problems and suggesting products to meet customers’ needs on an on-going basis 4) Create loyal customers following the Company’s Vision and Blue Chip Customer Service Model 5) Renew existing customer agreements following Company’s process 6) Monitor daily, weekly and quarterly individual goals and ensure the goals are being met; adjust accordingly to achieve success 7) Respond to customer requests with a sense of urgency 8) Maintain a neat, professional appearance; promote positive company image both externally and internally 9) Review and complete paperwork daily for accuracy 10) Active gathering and reporting of competitive information from existing customers 11) Gain new business using referral program, cold calling, and co-operation with the Sales Team on the route 12) Review requests for special deliveries, plan routing for efficiency of travel, service customer accounts following company guidelines, and provide feedback to other Account Managers 13) Install equipment in customer locations using provided tools 14) Oversee Service Department paperwork cabinet for completeness 15) Maintain the company vehicle using standards provided 16) Attend and participate in Company, Department and team meetings 17) Perform job duties of Shuttle Driver in absence of Shuttle Driver 18) Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Director or Route Manager Essential Job Functions: Physical Demands Mental Demands Vision (Near & Far) Communicate Hearing (Loud Sounds Included) Make Decisions Standing Interpret Data (Verbal & Written) Sitting Organize Walking Qualify, Quantify & Analyze Driving Follow Instructions Typing Read Lifting 50 lbs above shoulder Problem- Solve Carrying 50 lbs Write Bending & Reaching Plan Push or Pulling 50 lbs Negotiate Climbing Stairs Operating a Telephone Use Computer, copier, exposed to computer screen Use calculator, and fax machine Working Conditions- Equipment-using indoors Truck or Van- using outdoor Job Requirements: 1) Must have with a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and ability to be insured to operate a company vehicle 2) Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing 3) Written and mathematical skills to do job 4) Effective Time Management Skills 5) Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills 6) Self-motivated 7) Honest, and provides respect 8) Fosters teamwork and promotes a team environment Must pass drug test and criminal background; Valid Drivers License PAL Staffing Services is looking to fill several positions with the right Talent. EVENT PARTY RENTAL COMPANY- DELIVERY DRIVER- to drop off and pick up rental chairs and tables, beverage machines and help in Warehouse, pays 15 hr Mandatory Weekends. Must have a license. 8am to 5pm. 2 days off. $15.00 hr *POSITIONS AT A UNIFORM AND LINEN FACILITY CUSTODIAL/ MAINTENANCE- you will assist in Custodial duties, assisting with Linens and Uniforms, Maintenance indoors and outdoors, will also be trained to work in the wash and dry area when needed. Drivers License needed. Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30 pm half hour lunch, 2 breaks. $13 hr pay LOADER/ UNLOADER- you will assist in loading and unloading uniforms and linens, moving company trucks in the company grounds. Must have a good active drivers license.
