Seeking an experienced drummer and bassist with serious chops (singularly or as a team) for a heavy groove-oriented rock/blues project to play clubs (1-2x/mo) and festivals. Influences: Etta, Mother's Finest, Bettye LaVette. If your playing is influenced by (Tony Thompson/Cindy Blackman) and/or (Bernard Edwards/Verdine White/Andy Fraser) and you can bring solid meter, dynamics and pocket, then we are on the same wavelength and should talk!
