Description
Established apartment community in San Antonio is seeking a full-time Assistant Maintenance person to start immediately with competitive pay, employer paid health benefits, accrued sick (one week annually) and accrued vacation (two weeks annually). Hourly compensation based on HVAC (EPA), electric or plumbing certification(s). Position does not require after-hours or weekend scheduling. Must have general maintenance experience for consideration. A current driver's license is required. Mandatory background and drug screening. Resumes and references required for all inquiries.
