MCCSC bus driver assault minor (Bloomington) Friday December 3 2021 between 4p-4:30p MCCSC school bus driver assaulted my son on the school bus.The driver grabbed my son between between legs close to his genitals and left a bruise.The responding officer from Bloomington Police Department without speaking to witnesses,the bus driver,seeing footage or examining my son injury said he would not file charges.The MCCSC transportation office never gave the bus driver a drug screen and they are attempting to sweep this matter under the rug and fabricated a lie to cover their asses.DCS is involved and the bus driver admitted he did touch my 11 yr old son between his legs but DCS said without video they are unable to sat the driver had any malicious intent and nothing is being done I'd like to start a petition if any parents are interested please email me for more details.The cop didn't file chargers and if this would have happened to one of their kids I guarantee something would be immediately done about it
