Portland loves these folks so much they created this situation for them and keep on protecting them. I think Portland's inhabitants enjoy crime and criminals, because obviously they have no stomach for justice. They create more liberal policies that do not work. When do they try a more conservative approach? This problem will likely double in the next 5 years. The true fix for America's problems is education, but we seem to be going backwards not forward. We have ego's, not brains.
