Small Black and Tan female dog running up Scenic Drive at 7:15AM Saturday morning Probably a chihuahua mix (dachshund?) about 15-20lbs. Cuts/scrapes/burns on her face. Well fed, no collar, would take food but not let me pet or catch her.
