FULL TIME Position ($19 Per Hour) Commercial Facility Services company head quartered in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking a FULL TIME Maintenance Technician to work (5) days per week, Monday thru Friday. This position requires the maintenance tech to have a STRONG BACKGROUND in Plumbing. NOTE: Some evening and weekend work may be required for emergency work. The Maintenance Tech position will require TRAVELING to various commercial sites that the cleaning company manages in the following areas: Delaware, Southern New Jersey, Southeast Pennsylvania. NOTE: A Valid Drivers License Is Required. Must Pass DMV Background Check. The Standard Hours of Service Are 7:00am to 3:00pm, (5) days per week, Monday thru Friday. The Service Duties Include But Not Limited To: Changing Door Locks Replacing Light Bulbs Changing Ballasts Replacing Ceiling tiles Minor Plumbing Work Minor Electrical Work Unclogging Toilets Hanging Numerous Items On Walls Minor Sheet Rock Repair Minor Glass Repair Assembling Office Furniture & Equipment *PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must Be Able To Lift 20+ pounds Regularly Every Day, Bend, Stretch, Stand For Extended Periods Of Time, Climb Stairs, Climb A Ladder, Reach, Twist, Sit, Walk, and/or Run. Compensation: $19 per hour. Numerous Years Of Experience In The Field Is Required. Organization Skills Are A Must. Qualifications: MUST Pass A Background Check & DMV Background Check Strong Plumbing Background A PLUS Company Vehicle Is Provided During Work Hours. Tools Provided.
