Merry Christmas to you and your family. Sharing this free gift of God's salvation to mankind like I have received it. Freely received, freely I give. "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." (John 3:16). In the spirit of giving, this was the ultimate gift, and God outlined a small requirement to receive this gift. Simply 1. First Believe 2. Repent of our Sins 3. Baptized in the name of Jesus Christ (Why? for the remission of sins ) 4. Receive the Gift of the Holy Spirit This is stated in Acts2:38 and executed in the Book of Acts of the Apostles. "Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost." (Act 2:38) I would encourage all that read this posting, to find an Apostolic church that will Baptize you in the Name of "Jesus Christ", and will teach and nurture you in the gospel, until you are fully developed in the ministry of the Most High God.
