Guitar player seeks serious players for project

I want to start a jam band type project focusing on good covers and instrumental originals and a few other lyric originals. I am interested in latin funk grooves and Santana, New Orleans funk grooves and Steely Dan Flavor, and love Erykah Badu and M'eshell N Think fun grooves with break downs. Need a vocalist that has courage and assertive stage presence. As far as players go. Whatever you play, if the music i mention moves you then hit me up. Thanks
