Answer to a few😬we had temporary help and due to Health and pandemic complications, it’s been hard the daughter to do the hiring process-training for her mom. so we lost a lot of time, (also, I will keep post up till all hiring process is done) I helped with care services (case management of my own choice) admin task-personal asst. for both, but I’m abroad for my masters. thanks Sarah Here’s the full job post: Aloha🌴 (BTW:Mom’s fractured her lower back, so we need help with medical steps, MRI ortho appts.calls, ect. And Extra care) Also, my cousin, mom and i live together:) seeking a super caring PT caregiver, who can possibly personal asst. A plus or (do very minor carehelp and do more personal asst- basic admin type of tasks) u could help hire a caregiver. May hire two people, it’s difficult to find a hire experienced in both areas😳 Personal asst-minor admin mostly ties into care taking matters or daily life responsibilities. (Tasks List below) ((please let us know which fits you❓)) Due to a accidental health issue, my hula co’s been on a hold, silkislands.com (new server- so it’s a mess btw). it’s been hard to care for mom, she's declined in midst of pandemic,but she’s stoic, will find solutions to regain her health❗️I’ve been caring for her for 16yrs💜 mom speaks broken English and Korean. familiar with some Asian/hawaiian cultures a plus:) We will eventually move back to hawaii IMPORTANT: I can email you a very basic application❓ (a must) (it’s so helpful to speed up the hiring ) please email list of your experience and or resume pertaining to position ✅ and a quick note❗️ Work schedule: HOURS are mostly in the later afternoon -early evenings, some mid afternoon appts.but schedule that will work for both We are flexible, on days of the wk or weekend, may work with your schedule of availability, as long as it is within specify time frame. 12-14hrs a wk to start (also a fit if you already have a pt job as well) Job Description: Caretaking tasks:$17. multitasker! -bathing (cousin and I will help you with her bath and pay extra for baths $20hr) -assist to some appt. my cousin will assist u. -cook, prep some meals -help coordinate/research best care plan, case manager minded a plus -track-log mom’s health/symptoms -experience with minor Dementia a plus (research to better memory, as we all have been) -cleaning and organizing skills -able to motivate a plus personal asst. (some done remotely, still must meet some, $15 for virtual ) -do very minor carehelp $16 -make various phone calls (ex. finding info. -Setting up appts, inquiries, many follow-ups call) -management mindset and detailed -filling out paperwork, organizing -communicating on medical portals -minor computer skills, internet search savy, draft emails, etc. -able to be assertive on phone or at appts Qualifications: it’s not yrs of experience, but a match, also, experience with private clients in their hm verses in a facility. own transportation. Heart for elders, honest, right motive, Easy going(who we can feel comfortable with) positive, reliable, able to multitask, solution oriented!:) things are a bit stressful right now, we will need some one very flexible for few wks Till u get oriented🙏🏼 Live near Irvine also, we have a 7 pound Chihuahua who’s difficult at first🙄 mahalo and God bless bless u🌺
