Chitown Property Services is a medium sized, but quickly growing property services company headquartered in Logan Square. We have two divisions: 1) is maintenance and renovation; 2) lawn care, landscape maintenance and snow removal. We are looking to hire several skilled, dependable, efficient, and hard-working technicians. Each technician will work with our foreman to service multiple properties for snow removal. Employment is part-time/seasonal, dependent on when the snow falls. There is potential for someone to stay on as a spring/summer/fall lawn/landscape tech as well. The potential employee will have knowledge of: - How to use a shovel/snow blower properly. Requirements: - Show up on time - Work hard - Valid drivers license (if driving your own vehicle) - Available 7 days a week: we can’t predict when it will snow. Many times at night or weekends. - Hours: we stop working around 10pm and typically start work between 4-5am - No criminal history (we perform a nation wide background check) - Ability to work in outdoor conditions and must be able to lift 50-100 lbs. Pay: - $20.00/hour for technicians - $30.00/hour+mileage for technicians with a truck (no snow plow required) Please email back if you would like an application!
