We are looking for an individual to tie skirts on bass fishing lures such as football jigs and spinnerbaits. Additionally you may be asked to package those items in plastic bags. Finally, you will also have to do some weekly or semi-weekly light cleaning; sweep and dust office, clean bathroom bathroom sink floor toilet, sweeping warehouse floor, dusting warehouse shelves, emptying trash cans. That sort of thing. We are a small business with only a couple of employees. It's a nice alternative to the Fast Food, Retail Sales industries. Hand Tying Jigs with Tread This is a PART-TIME job; 15-30 hours per week (3-6 hours per day) between 8 AM and 4 PM, depending on your availability and the orders we receive. This job pays small business MINIMUM wage for the first 3 months - training and probationary period. After three months you will receive a permeant position and a $0.50 raise. After 6 months you will receive another $0.50 per hour raise. This job is best suited for a ‘stay at home’ mom or dad or a College Student. Someone who wants to be off when they or their children are off of school; except summer. We don’t work weekends nor school holidays nor nights. No knowledge of bass fishing required. We train. NO walk ins. We are located in Temecula, CA off of Black Deer Loop. There is also the possibility for advancement to where you will be pulling and organizing orders for production after 6 months. That position pays an additional $1 per hour.
