Need great painter to put finish coat on rough drywall work and skim surface so paint will look even. Prime/paint walls and ceiling, caulk, +dust-free clean up. Must be detail oriented, and able to take extreme care working around woodwork and fixtures, taking time to protect as needed and remove things like faceplates, fixtures, and lights where applicable. Capable of 5-star surface, though not required here. See pics, ask questions. Ill clean up some of the rougher drywall patches before you come. These types of posts often get a lot of response, so please demonstrate that you've actually read the ad. Tell me about your experience with this sort of work. I suspect this can be done in a day, but you can also finish up first half of Monday if needed. I will post updates on the ad as I get responses and consider responses. $35/hr cash for expert, $55/hr for expert plus helper (if needed) plus I'll reimburse for any consumable materials with receipt. I'll provide paint. You have all necessary tools and any material to cover/protect surfaces. Proof of vaccination preferred. Plus be able to show some type of identification.
