Turbo is a small, smooth, black and white, piebald mini-dachshund. He was last scene in my tent in Marquam Nature Park. He either got out or someone stole him on 7/12/2021. He is also my emotional support companion and I miss him dearly. I could have used his presence a month ago when my mother passed away. At this point I believe Turbo is willfully being withheld from me. I believe the person who has Turbo has scene my Craigslist, Facebook, and NextDoor Missing Turbo ads. If the person who has Turbo can return Turbo to me, I would love it. If anyone has scene Turbo, please let me know, or call the Portland Police. I did do online Police Report. I miss Turbo very and has been by my side and very close to my heart literally for almost four years. I want him back in my life. There will be a reward for his return. Thank you.
