Handyman wanted for maintenance work with an Apartment management company.
Requirements:
Must have experience in basic Drywall, Patchwork, Painting & General maintenance repairs.
Plumbing Experience including Drain Snaking, Changing Faucets, Copper Pipe repair a big plus.
Responsibilities:
Manage vacant apartments by preparing them through the turnover process, and General maintenance of Apartments.
Must have a Valid Driver’s license
Must have reliable transportation (truck preferred) & Insurance
Pass a background check
Minimum of 2 years experience
$18 to $25 Depending on the Experience & Skills
