Maintenance Technician for multiple apartment buildings- Full time (Newark) compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour employment type: full-time Are you experienced in plumbing, electric, flooring, drywall and painting? HVAC a plus Successful candidate must have at least 7 years of maintenance experience. Successful candidate must have a good work ethic, must be reliable and a be a team player, and no specific limitations.
