Must have: vehicle, knowledge and/or experience in: building, plumbing, carpentry, remodeling/renovation, and appliance repair. *We are willing to teach some things as we go so long as you have a general knowledge in all of these areas and hands on experience in at least 2 of these areas. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR OURS IF YOU PLAN ON WORKING 1/2 A DAY AND QUITTING. WE ARE HARD WORKERS, WHO GET THINGS DONE! IF YOU KNOW YOU CAN'T HANDLE HARD WORK THIS POSITION IS NOT FOR YOU.
