Ring in the New Year with Great Lakes Brewing Company! Out with the old and in with the brew! Ring in the New Year at Great Lakes Brewing Co. with an evening of delicious food, music, and beer! We're decking out the entire brewpub for a truly special night. Doors open to the public at 9PM, but tickets are available for a private four-course beer dinner at 7PM! To ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and customers, proof of vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test administered within 72 hours of the event will be required upon entry for ALL guests. Doors open at 6:30PM. Dinner will be served from 7PM – 9PM. BEER DINNER MENUWelcome: Pint of beer Course One: Roasted Beet & Pecan Frisée salad Pickled shallot, radicchio, salt-cured yolk, champagne vinaigrette espuma Beer batch French onion soup Barrel-aged beer & sherry topped with Gruyére Paired with Edmund Fitzgerald Porter Course Two: Pumpkin & Three Mushroom Ravioli Ohio City Pasta dough, pumpkin and ricotta filling, local mushroom medley, basil, garlic, beurre blanc, Parmesan tuile Paired with Crushworthy Lo-Cal Citrus Wheat Course Three: Duck Leg in Fall Roots Sous vide duck confit, cranberry and pomegranate reduction, caramelized pine nut and apple, winter root vegetables Paired with Eliot Ness Amber Lager Course Four: Crème Brûlée Served with chocolate ganache Paired with Barrel Aged Christmas Ale Reservation includes a midnight toast with beer brewed exclusively for New Year’s Eve. Please note: Menu is subject to change. Tickets for the dinner must be purchased in advance. Guests must be 21 or older with a valid ID to attend. This free event includes: - DJ & photo booth in our Beer Garden - Beer infusion bar in our Beer Cellar - Full cash bar available - Midnight toast with beer brewed exclusively for New Year’s Eve HEALTH & SAFETYAs higher attendance is expected at brewpub events, the following policies apply to public events taking place in our Brewpub, Tasting Room, and Beer Symposium effective September 7, 2021, regardless of whether tickets or reservations are required: - Proof of vaccination is required upon entry for ALL guests. - If you are not vaccinated and wish to attend First Pour, upon arrival you will be asked to provide proof of a negative Covid-19 test administered within 72 hours of the event. - Guests who are not able to provide proof of vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test administered within 72 hours of the event will not be admitted to the event.
