Learn to make a Caribbean Fry Bake and Saltfish Buljol!
We will be making a delicious traditional Caribbean dish using simple ingredients. Participants can expect to get their hands dirty making a deep fried fritter call Fry Bake as well as marinated salted cod fish (bacalao)with cabbage, onion & tomatoes. This dish is mainly a breakfast item in the Caribbean but is also served for lunch or dinner. It can also be consumed with cheese, fried fish or whatever your heart desires!
