Want to learn ACROYOGA?! Join us for a fun, beginner-friendly class. This beginner-friendly class teaches the foundations of the acroyoga practice including flying, basing and spotting. Learn from the ground up how to base and fly, safety and spotting, acroyoga poses, inversions, transitions and more. No partner or experience needed. Class is designed for the beginner student, however, there will be support and challenges for all levels. WHAT TO BRING: hydration and hand sanitizer SMALL CLASS SIZE (10 people max) so MASKS ARE OPTIONAL. NO EXPERIENCE OR PARTNER REQUIRED. Class time: 1130am-1pm Practice/Jam time: 1-1:30pm PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. NO DROP-INS. Early registration is highly recommended due to limited space.
